Our process begins with an initial consultation designed to move at your pace and align with your goals, budget expectations, and timeline. This meeting gives us the opportunity to learn about your vision, review your lot or potential homesites in the Tampa Bay area, and explain how our custom home building process works from start to finish.

During the design phase, we work closely with you and your architect or designer to refine plans, layouts, and specifications. This phase includes coordination of architectural plans, engineering, site planning, and preliminary cost planning, allowing us to identify potential challenges early and keep your custom home project moving efficiently.
Once plans and specifications are finalized, we outline the full scope of work in a detailed construction agreement. This includes the construction schedule, payment structure, and clearly defined responsibilities.

Before completion, we conduct detailed inspections and walkthroughs to ensure the home meets our standards and your expectations. Any final items are addressed prior to closing, and we review warranties, systems, and maintenance information to ensure a smooth transition into your new custom home.
